I am a firm believer that we should never stop looking for that which makes us really happy in life. It could be an activity, a hobby, food, a person even, these are all helpers in our journey to happiness. However, I also think that in this process of searching for the ultimate happiness we tend to neglect the temple that carries us to this destination, our bodies and our minds. It is so easy at times to focus on the outside factors that we forget to listen to the inner voice.
